Warranty Policy
At DUE LATI, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry, carefully crafted with attention to detail. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty:
1. Plating Warranty (4 months)
We offer a 4-month warranty on the plating of our jewelry under normal use.

Normal use means the jewelry is not exposed to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or other chemicals.

Failure to follow these care instructions voids the plating warranty.
2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty (6 months)
We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair the item or replace it.

If neither option is possible, we will provide a voucher to use in our store.

If the jewelry has been repaired or altered by a third party, the warranty is void, even if previously approved via email.
3. Non-Allergic Materials
Our jewelry is made from stainless steel, resin, magnets, and silver or gold plating (18K). While stainless steel is hypoallergenic, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or other health-related issues. Please check the materials before purchasing.
Warranty Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim:

A detailed description of the issue

Photos of the defect

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We will review your request and inform you if your item qualifies under warranty.

If approved, we will provide a return label for shipping. We cover the return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or a voucher, depending on the situation.
If, during inspection, we find that the item was altered or repaired by someone else, the warranty claim will be canceled, even if it was previously approved.
Repairs Outside Warranty
If your jewelry needs repair outside the warranty period, a repair fee will apply.

The cost of the repair will be communicated in advance.

The customer can then decide whether to proceed.

If accepted, the repair will begin after payment is received.

If declined, no further action will be taken.
Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, discoloration due to improper care

Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or cosmetics

Breakage due to accidents or improper use

Lost or stolen items

Items repaired or altered by third parties
