1. Plating Warranty (4 months)

We offer a 4-month warranty on the plating of our jewelry with normal use. "Normal use" means the jewelry is not exposed to harmful elements such as water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or other chemicals. Failure to follow these guidelines will void the plating warranty.

2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty (6 months)

Our jewelry is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, we provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. 

3. Non-Allergic Material,

Our jewelry is made from stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and safe for most wearers.To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue by contacting our customer service at [email/contact details]. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear outside of the conditions mentioned above.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your needs we offer you a 14 day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

The returncosts are the responsibility of the customer and we only accept returns of unworn items due to hygiene precautions. The items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. 

Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item and If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to your bank account within 14 days.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@duelati.com, and we will replace the product at no additional cost. It is important that you report any defects on the same day you receive your order.
